0.0 34 Downloads
Version: 0.0.3

Downsampler Filter App randomly samples a user-defined percentage of data and hides everything else so that users can inspect their data and look for any artifacts that may stick out. The primary goal is to reduce data to a manageable subset for an initial visual analysis to gain a general overview of the data before detailed analysis.

Use this App to:

  • Show a user-defined percentage of randomly selected reads.
  • Display a representative subset of data.
  • Improve clarity when viewing single-cell RNA-Seq data.

How to use Downsampler Filter App:

  1. Install the App.
  2. Open a BAM alignment track.
  3. Right-click the BAM track label and select Filter
  4. Add filter option Downsampled Random Subset.
  5. Use the input field to set the percentage of data you would like to display (0-100).
  6. Click Apply to user-defined percentage of randomly selected alignments.
